quiet, good walking and cycling from the door, close to histroic spa town (5km), friendly staff, pleasant room with balcony, good breakfst, wi-fi included.
Too far out of town to walk, but there were compensations such as the lovely woodland walks.

A good compromise between price, location and proximity from Karlovy Vary
The staff has been quite O.K.but not all employees have the same enthusiasm in serving clients

We loved the stunning view of the city and the delicious food in the restaurant. The breakfast was also excellent and the staff were friendly. Additionally, the hotel was very close to the airport and had a great beer garden.
Cannot find any fault.

This hotel offers a great location, nestled by a local airport with fantastic views. If you’re looking for a place to unwind away from the crowds, the beer garden is the perfect place to relax. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, including a decent bathroom and reliable service. the breakfast is basic but does the job, and the view from the restaurant is simply beautiful.
The language barrier with the reception can be challenging.

A lovely hotel in the countryside near the airport with great views of Karlovy Vary. Very clean and modern. They collect you from the airport for 4 euros. We got a great room rate, less than half the rate of hotels in town. It was 15 euros for a taxi into town which took 10 mins. All our rooms were modern and spacious with balconies. The hotel is new, but isn't just a square block. It has towers, look at the pictures. We really couldn't fault anything.
Could't fault anything.

The hotel had nice views and the staff were friendly and helped us find some great local restaurants. the included breakfast had a good variety of food options and we enjoyed the outdoor patio area in the evening.
The rooms were not very clean and the bedding appeared old and worn. the noise from nearby construction kept us up late into the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Located on a hilltop with a beautiful panoramic view of the city, and free Wi-Fi are s of this hotel. The restaurant offers relatively good food with professional service. However, the weekend special menu is the best deal with low prices.
My Christmas at this hotel was the worst experience of my life. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and were only suitable for children.
